  1. Individual Office Platform(IOP)

IOP provides private office space for every operator. Operators can customize personal office desktop and handle business. Functions of IOP include:

  1. Business for being handled: displays and clues to proceedings needed to be handled;
  2. E-mail: provides the interface with 中网 mail system;
  3. Calendar plan: memorizes personal calendar plan and reminds you on time;
  4. Personal information: registers personal information in common use;
  5. Granting : grants work to other people;
  6. Message services: reminds officers proceedings needed to be handled through inner messages.
  7. Department Office Platform(DOP)

DOP provides office space for department to handle daily business. Functions include:

  1. ?Announcement for being published and browsed: publishes announcements among departments, including providing for automated 套红, sealing and so on;
  2. Message for being published and browsed: sends messages among departments, including files, summaries, reports for being permitted;
  3. Work arrangement: establishes, publishes and sums up work plans in a department;
  4. Work supervision: displays messages supervised by department leaders and dealing results;

  6. Leader office platform

It is a leader’s personnel workspace. Leaders can receive all the file documents from every department, and denote and monitor to all kinds of information quickly. The detail function is as follows:

  1. Message receiving: receive all the report handing to the leaders, the leaders can denote and press handing online.
  2. File consult:To consult all the history report handing to the leaders from all the departments.
  3. Solution support: the system inner solutions support data inquiry, including documents, destination data, official central data, agenda and motion solution data, etc.
  4. Supervise and press to handle: leaders can supervise and press all the departments to handle affairs, and supervise the execution.
  5. Statistics analyze: to inquire the receiving documents summarily.

  7. Synthesis office platform

It mainly includes documents flowing platform and political management system, and is a running platform of user inner general affairs.
Documents flowing platform:
