Given that the features and requirement of health care examining business, Philwong delivered a new generation advanced health care examining management system by taking advantages of computer hardware technologies, network technology, management technologies and database technologies based on many years study in the business practically. The right figure is the interface of the system. It consists of thirteen modules of system maintenance, booking management, reception management, cash settle management, examining management, test management group examining management, warehouse management, client management, cost management, hospital portal website management, data center and IC card management. 
(1)System Maintenance
The main functions include user authorization management, health examining program management and the maintenance for data, e.g., departments, hospital staff and task assignment etc. The input interface and report format can be defined by user conveniently.
(2)Booking Management
It is used to manage the reservation information of clients. Generally, the information comes from three aspects, i.e., client contacted by the business representatives of hospital, calling by telephone or collected related input via hospital portal website. The information consists of basic information of client, reservation time, preferred examining program etc.
(3)Call-by-number and Check in Management at Reception
It will do according to the following figure and complete the steps of automatic print a slip with sequence number, record client requirement for their examining, determine the reasonable examination program and time.
(4)Financial and case settle management
The module is mainly used for charging client management. The ways of charging include discount card, arrearage, cash, queue, POS, wire transfer from group and individuals.
(5)Examining Management
The system will display the client name who is currently been examined and next client name in turn on monitor installed in all department for the waiting people in terms of the practical situation in each waiting room. With respect to the device with interface, system will collect the examined data and put them into system database automatically.
(6)Examining Data Management
System can carry out data collection via manual input or automatic collect from devices interface, and then create examining report with required forms. The reports will be sent to the related department by system and examined samples collected from client will be identified with bar code accurately.
(7)Group Examining Management
Given the characteristics of group examining, system can not only report and print individuals, but also can carry out statistic analysis. It’s useful for employer to generally understand the health situation of entire team.
(8)IC Card Management
The module was designed to mange IC card making, release, print, also including making gift card, workflow card and club member card etc.
(9)Warehouse Management
Warehouse management was developed to manage medical instruments, office articles, low-value goods etc, and handle the operation of purchasing, storing, release, check goods-in-house, reporting mangled goods and waster etc. It plays a key role of management for purchasing-sales-storing as a basis of cost control for entire hospital.
(10)CRM Management
Advanced health care specially dedicates on client-oriented service idea and provides excellent service to customers. As a result, SCM plays a very important role in system which functions include client basic information management, potential client management, management for scheduling guest visiting after examining (1st phase and 2nd phase), short message communication service via mobile phone, health club members’ management and commitment management for sales people.
(11)Cost Management
The cost management module was designed to report to management staff for their concerning things with cost classification, record, statistic etc. which happened in the process of service to clients.
(12)Hospital Portal Website Management
It was developed to provide a communicate window for clients (pls see the below figure). They can access their own examining report by surfing Internet and also they can communicate with health care experts online. Also they can reserve health examination online and handling the related procedures.

(13)Data Center Management
This module was designed to provide data management solution for distributed groups which support individual’s branches or offices of the group to customize the transferred data information, e.g., data content, time, transfer method etc. The data submitted by the branches or offices can be collected and put into data center management module, and then management staff of the group can understand how the examining center’s business is going via summarizing the data through the module.
